Terms of Service!
These are our Terms of Service. This is very important information that you shouldn't skip, because it may apply to your costuming needs! Please read carefully!
1. Allergies, Delays and Illnesses
Our shop houses a lovely white and orange Van cat named Majira! He is great company while we work, but if you are allergic to cats, please let us know and we will keep the feline away from your project as well as give your suit a full complimentary wash on its way out. We cannot promise this will get rid of all allergens, but we will do our best to keep your new costume clean!
The main worker of this facility has some mental illnesses that may cause an off day or so. We are always honest about this, and we will let you know if a day off is needed. We will also update you when we are back in shape so that your costume can be in its best shape, and we can be working at full capacity! These off days usually do not impede work, but if they do we will let you know. This will also go for sick days or days needed off for any reason! We will always try to keep our customers up to date with what is going on. We use Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and email messaging to keep in touch with our customers so please let us know which platform you would like us to use!
2. Refusal or Termination of Projects
We reserve the right to refuse a project if we feel we are not up to the task of your commissions. This may happen for a number of reasons. We also reserve the right to terminate your project and cease working with you at any time if the terms of service are violated, if proper payment doesn't ensue, and if harrassment or flirting occurs. We also reserve the right not to issue a refund of purely material costs if the project is terminated, as the resources have already been bought, and will be used for other suit projects should a termination occur. We will refund any labor costs given if a project is terminated, but any and all material costs shall not be refunded.
3. Blacklist-worthy actions
This list of actions will get you blacklisted from our business indefinitely, as we will not do dealings with certain types of people. These are clearly laid out for you, so that you may avoid them.
-Making a charge back on a project after it has been completed and sent
-Slander and defamation of our company or putting out a FALSE beware with no evidence or reasons to back up your claims
-Being Racist, sexist, ableist, LGBTQIA-phobic, ace-phobic, aro-phobic, Altright, Nazifur, pedophile, zoophile, or generally a very rude person who wants to hurt other people and things. We do not accept commissions from these types of people, and if it comes to light that you happen to be one of these people, we will refund and cease the project IMMEDIATELY.
-Yelling at us and cussing us out over the phone or via text or email messaging systems
-Asking us for sexts, sexy photos, or flirting. This makes us highly uncomfortable and anxious
-Copying a character that is owned by another person
-Gaslighting, use of abusive behavior, and guilt tripping
-Tricking us into thinking you are an adult when you are a minor, who we do not do dealings with
-Trying to buy a costume for your child or with someone else's PayPal account
-Using derrogatory slurs and offensive language
-Being overtly demanding and asking to change things every single day, and constantly berating work and being rude during commission process.
We will be as polite as we can, but all these things WILL get you blacklisted. Everyone has a line that should not be crossed, and this is our line.
4. Minors and Security Standards
We DO NOT, nor EVER WILL, accept commissions from people under the age of 18, or people trying to purchase costumes for anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse to work with you if you refuse to show this information proving you are not a minor. This means that upon acceptance of your slot, we will ask for:
1. A legal, in date form of identification with all but the picture, the legal name, date of birth and issue date blanked out
2. A photo of you holding this ID to your face to match it with the picture
3. A picture of this ID with something specific, be it a spoon, a cup, or a specific hand signal such as a peace sign.
All of these steps ENSURE that we are not being scammed, as we have been in the past. If you do not feel comfortable showing your ID for us to check, you may not commission us or buy a product from us. This is why we ask you to black out some information on your picture of your ID, so that we do not have full access to your information. We will NEVER distribute your information, ever. This is purely a security measure and we understand it can be very scary, but it is part of the process. It is 3 pictures and if we move along quickly, it's done with as soon as it started!
5. Refunds
If a project must be terminated, please try to do so before materials are purchased. After materials have been bought, that money is gone and unrefundable!!! This is the only source of income we make, so we cannot make the money back without buying more materials and making more costumes. The price of labor, however, can be refunded if there is an emergency. We understand life happens and if you need a refund on a started project, we will gladly try and provide! However, if a project is 75% finished, or completed, or completed and sent to the buyer, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, we will ask the suit owner to sell the suit, and we can comply with things like marking and color changes to help sell the suit as a separate character.
6. Deadlines, WIPs, worktimes and ETAs
We have not, nor ever will, take convention or event or holiday deadlines. If you need a suit for an event, please order it with ample time in advance, as our heads take about a month to two months to make, and larger projects could take even longer. We recommend you plan your commission half a year out from the convention or event or holiday, to give us and you the time we need to build your fursuit!
We also do not give specific ETAs. This is due to the fact that each suit is unique and could take less or more time depending on the complexity and size of the project. However, we do keep constant contact and will send you as many WIPs as you like! Though you may not have an ETA, we provide detailed WIPs and try to stay in contact, so that it is obvious what stage we are in, and how long that will take. We have general completion times but understand that they do vary!
We generally work 11 am-10 pm, Monday to Saturday. you may contact us between these hours, but on Sundays we will be unavailable for business contact, as that is our day off. We also take holidays and birthdays off as well.
7. Photography Rights
We reserve the right to use photos of our work in advertisements online and in person, even if the work is technically owned by the customer. We will not, however, use photos that have been asked not to be shown. If you want or need a photo of your suit taken down from our website or social media, please contact us with your concerns.
